The disembarkation process wasn't clearly stated. We did not here any pages and as a result missed our scheduled transportation to the airport.

The food and entertainment were amazing. The stateroom service was great. The wait staff were good but not exceptional. Kids loved the kidsclub. Not a big fan of all the tipping people wanted when purchasing pop or a drink or a pilates class in the fitness center.

Seeing different islands. Excursions booked from ship far too expensive for the value.

The best thing about the cruise was the excellent quality of the food and wait staff in the dining room. Our cabin steward was also very good. The entertainment was "top notch" especially the musical groups, comedians and production show entertainers. The excursion desk staff were helpful and efficient and there was sufficient staff at the pursor's desk to keep waiting times at a minimum. The most memorable thing about the ship is the excellent food and service we received in the dining room. It was good to see that the food in the international cafe, wine bar, and ice cream stand is now included and not extra. Disembarkation process was very well organized and efficient. Kudos to the group at the Brooklyn Cruise Ship terminal. I think an improvement would be to reduce or eliminate smoking in the casino. They did have several non-smoking evenings in the casino; however quite often you have to walk through the smokey casino to get to the piazza or other parts of the ship. There seemed to be fewer ondeck games and competitions compared to previous cruises. We saw less of the assistant cruise directors than we have on previous cruises. Drinks are a bit costly too. We were travelling with teens (14 and 18 yrs old). The ship offers plenty of programs and activities for children and teens; however no other teens registered for the program during our cruise so we are unable to provide comment on the activities offered. Our teens were thoroughly entertained by the regular activities and performers on board. Overall we had a great vacation on this ship and would recomend this cruise to others.

The best thing is how the waite staff treated us during dinning. Beyond our expectations. The food during dinner was stunning. Our room was always clean and tidy also which made it nice when returning from an excursion. There was nothing wrong with any staff at all but the one small issue we had was our room fridge. There was no water in there for the last 3 or 4 nights as apparently they had to do inventory. There was also no pop either. So we literally had to call room service just to get water. Found this quite annoying as I need to drink fluids often. Otherwise you will see us on another Princess Cruise for sure.

The flight and related connections both ways went well beyond belief. The stateromm was as expected. However, it was dircetly below the fitness centre. The treadmills would start at 8 am and go to 8pm. The noise was not bearable. I asked to be moved it was not possible. We received a 25% credit. It is not about the money, but state of mind. Our solutionwas to leave the room shortly after 8 and return during the day as required. We would go to bed about 10:30 to start the next day early. Hvaing not cruised in sometime I was not certain about the food. There was always plenty of food, the dining room meals I would describe as banquet calibre, the upgarded dining rooms were not a whole lot better. The pizza was the best. I found the wine selections to my liking with a good variety with in each price range. The service in the bars was great. I used the fitness centre and the spa they were very good. The entertainment was enjoyable. The public areas were good. I played golf and enjoyed the company of the golf pro. Too many children, babies in the dining rooms etc. I would only consider Princess if the itinerary was to my liking. I would certainly have difficulty reccomending them. It may not sound positive but I did have a very good vacation.

We love having a balcony but didn't spend a lot of time on it. We never had a meal on the balcony but just love having it as our own little space. We are looking forward to platnium level for the speedier embarkation but again it was not to bad. We love movies under the Stars but found the sound was not up to par this trip.

movies under the stars, and midnight pizza. I was disappointed at the expense of the drinks such as pina coladas and daquaries being almost 8.00 each was a bit excessive and because of that I was quite limited in the amount I could drink. my husband thoroughly enjoyed the music that was playing on channel 48 (watching from the deck view) and tried unsuccessfully to purchase a cd or even a listing of the music playing. The only thing I would suggest is that perhaps a weighing station or scale (even if it is coin operated) for those of us who are a bit unsure about the weight of our luggage.

The boat was very nice I really don't have any complaints about it other than the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. If I was to compare the Caribbean Princess to the Mariner of the Seas (Royal Caribbean) I would say the Mariner was a nicer ship but there was certainly nothing wrong with the Caribbean Princess. I particularly enjoyed the movies under the stars other than I had seen them all but just the concept was nice. The food was awsome and so was the service. We had a wonderful stateroom steward who catered to our every wish. All in all I really enjoyed my vacation my favorite ports were Antigua and St Lucia and I would love to go back to either one of those islands. Disembarking the ship was an issue and I think in future I would not make arrangements to fly out the same day since everyone is trying to get out at the same time and it was caos. I would strongly recommend to anyone to fly out the next day it would be alot less stressful.

The personal on the ship were great. They were always friendly and very helpful. WE had a great experience on this ship and would not hesitate to book a cruise on this ship in the future. The food was great and we really enjoyed Sabatini's and The Crown Grill. They were worth the extra cost.

The best thing about your cruise is that it provides you an opportunity to sample so many places that you have never been to within a very short period of time The most memorable thing is the beautiful Caribbean Sea! For the people new to this route, it is pretty hard to figure out whick shore excursion tours to take on. Some video clips would help before board on the ship.

The excursions were very good even though we only took a few but enjoyed them. One of the elevators dropped 1 floor and caused a scare. It was out of order for most of the cruise. State rooms seemed smaller than usual and the room steward tended to put personal items in different places causing us to hunt for them. Things like hair brushes, toothpaste etc. were not allowed to be left on the bathroom counter and would be placed in other places. anything left on the night table would be placed in drawers. This was a little disturbing. More policing of the lounge chairs since they all seemed reserved even though it was against policy to do so, no-one was checking and removing towels from the chairs. The photos should be displayed in a different manor so the passengers could make it to their dinning area without being trampled. We enjoyed our trip and most passengers and staff were very friendly.

The ports of call, they were all great. Our stateroom attendant, she was great, she went out of her way to make up feel at home. Her name was irma she was from Mexico. The Dining room staff, Randy & Robert were always there to take care of us. The one thing I would say is in the Buffet, the staff were not very good, ( I mostly got my own drink, not very good at clearing the tables.

The cruise was fantastic, however traveling by U.S. Air was NOT! No matter what vaction I book I will never use them again. The desk clerks in San Juan were very rude and seemed to hold back the information of our flight delay. Only for an other customer that had advised others that it was delay we would not have know. The filight board was still stating that the filight was on time. To go back to the cruise. We had a wonderful time. With speaking with others that have gone on other cruises we would go again with Princess. Look forward to booking another cruiise in the future! Renee and Dave Mudie

This was our first cruise with Princess and we were pleasantly surprised with the experience. I am sure we will sail with them again. When we cruise we are trying to get away and relax which we found on the Caribbean Prince in the Sanctuary a small oasis away from the crowd. Service was very good and friendly. We had a balconey room on deck 9, the room was a good size but we did not use the balcony very much as there was no deck directly above it so there was no privacy or shade. One afternoon we went out to sit and there were cigarette butts on the deck from people fligging them from the decks above. If you want privacy don't book a balconey on this deck.

Our stateroom steward Denis was wonderful- polite and efficient. Our dining staff Lloyd and Beny were gracious and accomodating, as well as interactive and humorous! We had 8:15 dining, which I thought was just a little too late- 7:30 would have been perfect, as some nights we missed out on things like the Karaoke contest. The pools were all very clean and inviting- although the hot tubs were too hot. I would have liked to see more shops on the ship as well as more entertainment. The comedian we saw, Darryl Joyce was hilarious- but the hypnotist wasn't very good, and there were repeat performances of both instead of offering something new. Also, I was on my honeymoon, and I thought more could have been done to celebrate that. Perhaps a complimentary spa service, or casino comp. We didn't even get balloons! The ports we stopped at were fantastic, I would definitely choose that itinerary again. Also, the entire crew were courteous and friendly! Overall it was a wonderful first cruise!

The entertainment was very dull & more for an age group of 60 plus. There was no night life as all of the bars was pretty much empty by 10 30 pm. The ship was pretty deserted by midnight, not a ship for fun or meeting new people.

It's always just nice to get away. I really like that everything is available in one spot and you can choose to do as little or as much as you like. People (cruisers) and staff are friendly. I really liked the wine tasting in the wine bar and the entertainment shows were great. Spent some time at the casino too (without losing to much!) A little disappointed by the rain...by that is out of all of our control. Who really cares because one can still sleep in, enjoy a book with a wonderful cappuccino. It's actually hard to improve on a good thing.

The worst part of the cruise experience is if you have a late flight. Passengers must disembark from the board in shifts, starting around 8:30 a.m. and then you are transported to the airport. I was at the airport at 10:00 a.m. for a flight that left at 4:55 p.m.! You do have the option of booking an excursion, but I was worried that something would go wrong and that I would miss my flight. Try to get a flight out around noon or early afternoon so that you don't have to wait around. I also had an issue with the beds on the ship. The beds were hard and had a "wow" in the center. Sleeping was quite uncomfortable. In addition, the pillows were paper thin and I had to pile 2 or 3 together! That being said, a cruise is an ideal way to travel because you have the opportunity to visit a variety of locations, enjoy some of the local culture and then get back to the luxury of the boat. There is something for everyone, in terms of dining, entertainment and activities. Staff is attentive and readily available in every area of the ship.

I love pretty much everything about Princess cruises. The southern itinerary is great! The location of the skywalker's nightclub is breathtaking. I enjoyed the Captain's Cocktail night. The back stage tour of the stage, dressing rooms and question period with the dancers was a great feature for an up and coming dancer. The dining room food and staff were amazing. The purser's desk staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. The fitness facility gets way too hot during the day when the sun is shining in the windows-needs either more air conditioning or fans cooling it down. I found the buffets too small, confining and hot. The buffet dining room staff were not overly pleasant this time. The buffet staff in the kitchen were quite funny. We really missed the animal towels this time... Dr. Petra was lovely. The medical staff were prompt and thorough with the diagnosis and treatment of my daughter's 24 hour set back. We are looking to return at Christmas.

The room was well cleaned by our Steward, but the balcony was filthy, and I cleaned the glass railing myself. The meals in the main dining room were okay, but the balcony dining was fantastic and so was the Crown Grill. I liked that the ice cream was free during this cruise, but I was really hoping for super fresh mouth watering fruit (especially tropical fruit), but it wasn't what I had hoped for on a trip to the Caribbean. We loved using the hot tubs, but they were frequently closed for no reason, then opened when the jets weren't working and there was rust/sediment in the bottom of the hot tubs mid-ship and near the sanctuary. We were on the wait list for quite a number of shore excursions, but unfortunately we didn't get any. I was disappointed that we were not advised prior to booking this cruise that there would be ongoing construction while cruising.

The embarkation was handled very well! I really appreciated not having to stand in a line-up! The size and space of all the amenities on board was excellent - we could always find a place to sit and the facilities were lovely! The celebration on the Wed night with dancing on the pool deck was really fun!! We thoroughly enjoyed our cruising experience - I can't think of any improvements that I would recommend at this time!

For the size of the ship there was never any lineups getting on and off and in the dining rooms.Food was excellent. We did not try any of the specialty restaurants this time as the menues did not offer much difference and I cannot eat a 22 ounce poterhouse. I could not finish the prime rib in the regular dining room. The only thing you get is a smaller room with a different ambiance. We have tried them on other ships. The anytime dining was great and we asked for the same table everynight and got excellent service ,and we tipped them extra. Weather was great .The girls really enjoyed the coffee card for all the fancy coffees .$28.00 for 15 coffees .But it was beside the pastry bar which was free and open 15 hours a day. I gained 5 pounds Great ship We would go on it again

This was by far the best vacation my wife and I have ever done. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the first to last minute. The fight, entertainment staff, crew, stewards were all fantastic. I've already recommended this cruise to several friends and we will be crusing again with you in the future. Thanks for all your work !
