Overall the cruise was very good. The ship was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabins were very small but how much time do you spend in your room. The food was excellent. The cruise director was very entertaining.

- The best thing about our cruise was the service. Every staff member we met went out of their way to be courteous and helpful.

Only real complaint is that we went with a group and a couple brought their kids becuase the ship advertised babysitting only to find out that there were no babysitters available. We were there to celebrate my husband's 30th and we couldn't even get one night out with just the adults. Also, the website has the wrong information about the staterooms - said there was a couch but there wasn't.

Food, service, and entertainment were good to very good. We just wanted to get away for Christmas and this 5 day cruise was reasonably priced. Our previous cruise was on a new Princess ship which was an excellent experience ( and pricey) and we were a little worried about the age/condition of this ship. We were pleasantly surprised to find the ship in very good condition as it had been refurbished in 2007. The ship may lack some of the ammenities that the latest ships offer but the average person probably wouldn't use them anyway. Nice atmosphere to eat, drink, and be merry. Boarding and disembarkation are the best I've seen. Good value for a good cruise.

The cruise was wonderful - the only negative things about it were the dining room service and a large group took over the ship. Therer was an group of 1000 people on board and everything was geared toward them. The shows, the games...everything. It seemed that they got a better experience as everything was focused on them. Also our dining room experience was somewhat disappointing. Our wait staff were not ptoviding the service we saw other tables receive. I'm not sure but the dinner servcie was a let down. Also Formal night was very disappointing. We called the head waiter over to ask why men were allowed in wearing only a T'shirt and basically his response was "they are part of a large group"

Enjoyed Princess cruises more than royal carribien. Enjoyed coco cays island. I think they should enforce the dress code for the dining room. Food selection was not very good.

loved the entertainment, variety of different shows, especially the comedians. Thnig that could be improved: I have a wheat sensitivity. I would have liked more selection on the menu ie.gluten free pasata available or cereals, pizza, sandwiches. Not alot to snack on during the day. Also the casino was noticable more smokey than the rest of the cruise ship, ventialtion should be upgraded.

How clean everything is , lots to do , roomy staterooms , helpful and english speaking staff . Excellent Ship. More quiet times times around the pool , they always was a anoucement of something going on . We have programs to tell us whats going on , we don't need someone telling us is 5 different langues what's going on in every 15 mins . The porter service almost put our baggage on the wrong ship , I had to go back and find my luggage and put in make sure the proper tags were put on . Poter guys were more concern with the tip then anything .

Day at CocoCay was the best. The most memorable thing about the ship was our waiter and the pool deck. Bigger toilet area in stateroom would be great for larger people.

We enjoyed the overall cruise experience as first-time cruisers. Key West was our favourite port. We thoroughly enjoyed the Viking Crown Lounge for a before or after dinner drink. The shows were pretty good. The food was fine, but not what we anticipated based on others' experiences. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. Improvements would include: the very salty pool water, the slow service when we ordered champagne and chocolate strawberries for our anniversary (3 hours late), the slow service with the Loyalty Ambassador (with no apology or even recognition that we had to wait 30 minutes for a pre-scheduled appointment).

The best thing about the cruise was the cruise director. He was very entertaining. We were six of us in three staterooms. 6526, 6528, 6530. My wife and I were in 6530. The bed was arranged as a full sized bed with the headboard against the window, which was fine. However, the TV was hung in the corner above the headboard. We switched pillows to the foot side but were somewhat uncomfertable with the position, especially when the person, against the wall, has to get up. Also, most times, the whole bathroom gets flooded when we shower, and this goes for the other two rooms we had. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy all of the chorus line entertainment. In my opinion, the performances of the singers and dancers were poor. For the 70's show performance, I felt like walking out a number of times but did not want to be disrespectful. For this reason, I did not attend the 80's performance. I hav been on many cruise, including Celebrity, a few times, and never missed a performance, before. Also, no flooded bathroom and better design staterooms. I was expecting somewhat better.

One thing I really did not enjoy was the excessive volume of the music at the pool (I like music, but I also like to be able to talk to my husband). It was waaaay too loud. Plus having them constantly trying to recruit people to enter the belly flop contest with a megaphone got really tiring really quickly. I wanted to relax by the pool. Between the megaphone and the rap music it wasn't relaxing. The constant pressure to tip was a bit tiresome too. I'm fine with them adding 18% to drinks, but having a line for additional tip was a bit much. I'm glad it was only a three day cruise, I wouldn't have wanted to spend 7 days on this boat. If i cruise again it will be on a bigger boat with more to do and I would probably pick one with a freestyle dining option.

Although, we had access to plenty of food, the food in the dining room could have been seasoned some more. Overall the ship was clean and very spacious and it's staff was accomodating and friendly. One of the most memorable activities on the ship was the game called Quest which was played on the last night. It gave people a chance to really get to know other cruisemates and have lots of innocent fun!

Food was fantastic! It would also be best if more seafood was served - lobster dinner, etc... Most memorable for me is the coco cay bbq...was just soo amazed on how all was organized, coordinated...again food was great! what to improve - breakfast menu, needs variation.

The best thing were the stops. Key West was the best but Coco Cay was disappointing for snorkeling. The area for snorkelling was very rocky to walk comforably. The variety in slot machines could have been better. More interactive would have been nice. It was also unlucky for me since I usually do have better luck on another cruise line. The only thing I didn't like was the room. Its the first small stateroom and I think the last I stay in. We only wish we had a window to let fresh air in at night. The food was very good. The outdoor buffet was nice. The check in and disembarkment were quite smooth. The only thing that could be improved would be the room. It was musty, could be the carpet.

The stop in Coco Cay was wonderful! RC has 3 very large ferries (hold about 200 people each) which are constantly going back and forth.... we had only a few minutes wait going either way to the island/ship. There was only one ship in (and I understand they only ever have one ship in) and there was absolutely no problem getting chairs/sun/shade or equipment. It was not at all crowded! The entertainmnent was wonderful.... I can't get over how professional they all are! Apparently the dining room staff on this ship is rated as number one in RC's fleet! They were fantastic.... very attentive as was the stateroom attendant.

As a first crusie it was OK. If I were to cruise again it would be a 7 day cruise. Weather is the issue. We had one full day of rain and less than ideal weather the day prior and after the rain. As a result a large portion of the trip was without sun

It was a great and wonderful 3 day cruise, all the ship crew were very friendly and gave exceptional service. The ship was beautiful and the food was very good...however, this was our 4th cruise with different cruise liners and this was the very first time that my daughter and I experienced sea sickness (one night for my daughter and 2 nights for me when the ship was really swaying hard so we had to ask for medication from the Guest Relations Desk and they were very helpful). The trip to Coco Cay was wonderful and the barbecue and food served were excellent altho' the weather didn't cooperate and was quite windy and cool with sunny breaks. We were able to use the Fitness facilities twice and it had all the equipment we normally use at our gym, we loved it! Improvement required: I wanted to play Bingo but the cards were very expensive (3 for $34.00, 6 for $40.00), I imagine more people would play if the cost was more reasonable, eg $5.00 per card, 3 for $10 or something. There wasn't an evening show available so it would also be recommended to have 1 variety show or something for one night.

This cruise experience was mediocre at best. Royal Caribbean has dropped the ball with the Majesty of the Seas. They have definitely fallen below the "Gold Standard" that they repeatedly claim to achieve. I have cruised with Royal Caribbean twice before, and this was the least impressive of the three ships sailed aboard. The dininig experience was less than satisfactory. While on cruise, my wife and I look forward to the dining room experience, and what the Majesty offered was barely satisfactory. Royal Caribbean's COCO CAY port fell far below the industry standard (in my opinion) when compared to HollandAmerica's HALF MOON CAY and Princess' PRINCESS Cay. Nassau, Bahamas, was an okay stop. Key West was GREAT! Think twice before committing to the Majesty of the Seas for your Bahamian cruise... spend the extra $50-$100 and sail with Celebrity or HollandAmerica.

The best thing about the cruise was the food and our dining "experiences". We also enjoyed going to CocoCay. What a treasure that place is. We all agreed that we could have spent a couple of days there! The most memorable thing was meeting the people working on the cruise ship. Sylvania and Jose from the Dining Room, Nicole from the Viking Lounge, Dino our stateroom attendant, and several others we just ran into and talked to. We talked to as many people as we could, and asked them their stories about their families, and why they were working on the ship. They were without exception, complimentary of Royal Caribbean, friendly, forthcoming, charming and wonderful. The second most memorable thing was seeing the pods of dolphins swimming around the boat on the tender to CocoCay. Can't think of anything that could be improved. The stateroom we had was at the very front of the ship, 5500, and was very small, barely enough room to store our luggage, but isn't really anything that could be improved. Dino, our stateroom attendant took very good care of us. All in all a fantastic trip.

Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate, Florida and the Bahamas were hit by a cold front. The temperature during this week was in the low 60's day and much cooler in the evenings. Our day in Nassau was pleasant enough, it rained on and off the entire day. Therefore did not do much, wandered around town and shop a bit. Next day was supposed to be a day at Coco Cay, but due to the high wind, tendering was not possible and therefore we were stuck on board the ship. The following day we docked in Key West, and boy was it cold and windy!! Because of this, a lot of the passengers stayed on board. The best part of our trip was meeting up with a bar tender who served us on the Empress of the seas in March 2007! What a small world. We recognized each other immediatley and had a grand reunion. The majesty of the Seas is a much older ship and the wear and tear showed up in many part of the vessel esp. in our cabin. Will most likely not cruise on this ship again.

food and entertainment were best' signrd sealed and delivered show was the best, need to improve instructions for foriegn visitors to clear customs, better coordination of leaving ship procedures-too many long lines to wait in- very noisy cabin location on last nite as we seemed to be above where they were moving luggage for departure lots of loud banging below us all nite - so no sleep.

The best thing about the cruise was the dining/food experience. All the food was prepared very well and always was in abundance and very yummy. Being the first time on a cruise, the most memorable thing was meeting other people on the boat. The adult entertainment was done very well and at a very classy level. The dining experience, level of service and the service staff performances was very memorable and certainly at a level of excellance second to none. Being a family of practical means, we budget our money as any family would. We absoulutly loved the level of serviced received, but still felt very obligated to tip beyond the base set out by RC. We feel RC could set appropriate prices and eliminate grutuity as this at times seem to be overwhelming and awkward. We would also like to add that the entertainment for kids again should be included in the price of the cruise. Even though our child did no engage in this activity, we did tour the entire ship and were suprised that you charge children to play video games (arcard) this seem it could be included in price, for the little revenue it would yeild. Again, being our first cruise and not sure how ships run, the pool was never heated and my daughter did not enjoy swimming in it at all as it was too cold for her. Also there was only one small hot tub for all 2500 guests. The pressure sales of alchoholic drinks was a bit overwhelming and unnecessary. It was actually surprising that this would be a priority for RC considering intoxicated people in the middle of the ocean could be very dangerous. Also, RC caters to families, the selling and promoting of alcohol felt very unappropriate in front of children. ** We don't mean to be negative, we are only being honest and would like to re-ensure RC that we had a wonderful, very memorable time, we are just providing good feedback as we would like to help any business improve their service and image. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Very friendly, polite, helpful staff and service. Lots of onboard activiities, though we had limited time to participate as we went into the ports. Lots of good food at the buffet and in the dining room. Alcoholic drinks were expensive ($7 ea). Seemed like there was some pressure to spend additional $ on drinks, in the shops, etc.

The cruise was wonderful but for a regular "cruiser", 3-days is definitely too short. This is a perfect trip for someone who has never taken a cruise before. Majesty of the Seas was wonderful. The cleanliness that RCCL has implemented on their ship is impecable and I commend them for that. However, I have to stress my dissatisfaction for the waiters in the Windjammer Cafe. I gave a 5star rating above for the dining but that is only for the evening dining at the Moonlight Restaurant. Service was amazing literally and quality of food, well that was exceptional. However at the Windjammer Cafe, service was horrible and very but very slow. You can tell that they were not happy doing their job. No smiles, no hellos, etc. I would rate them a 1. Nonetheless, I did not make that damper my holiday as the rest of the ship was wonderful....just wish I could have won in the casino though........ Would definitely sale with RCCL again. Great company and beautiful ships.......

There is so much to do onboard! The best thing about cruising is that you can do as much or as little as you'd like. There's no pressure to follow a schedule. The tours available to passengers are plentiful and timed well. Also priced right. I think the most memorable ting about my trip was how nice & accommodating the RC staff and crew were! No request is too odd or inconvenient. I also liked the way the captain made himself and his senior officers so visible to the passengers. Nice people. I thought it was odd that the captain said that ship had been remodeled in 2007. I would have said 1997 - except for the spa/salon, which was very updated & modern. I noticed many areas of the ship that needed repairs (ie water stains). Two suggestions: 1) Tipping is constant. I felt like I was incessantly signing and tipping. It would be great if that could be less cumbersom. Example: I was the only person at dinner having red wine. Everyone else ordered bottles of white. I felt weird signing at the table every single time I ordered a glass of wine. I think that's intrusive. There has got to be an easier way. 2) The ship offered tumblers for $5 that entitled passengers to unlimited soda pop. Why not do the same for coffee but obviously at a higher price? I would have liked to have one of the tumblers but I don't drink soda....I do drink tons of coffee!

The best was my son lost his hand-held video game, the cruise staff found it and return to him, this might be the best thing. Overall it was a very good experience with Royal Caribbean line, the dining room server are excellent. The Ship is old, the services were excellent. It worth to go back with a new Ship. One thing it can improve is add on some coin laundry, it will make my trip perfect.

The meals were amazing. There was a lot of choice for activites- so always something to chopse from, or do nothing at all. The shopping was a little disappointing, too expensive - too high end and not enough souvenir choices... The port shopping in Bahamas a little expensive. But I would definitely cruise again...

The people are very friendly. The Cleanliness of the ship. What could be improved? This is the second time we were told we could go to "CO CO CAY" and never made it because of wind .... therefore we just cruised around .... I guess ..... Maybe they should think of another place to cruise in October .... where they are sure the tender boats can get into the island. It happen to us last year in October 2007. Also we asked to sit at a table for 8 ..... we did not get it .... we sat with one other couple ..... this is the second time this happen too. It happen to us last year on Royal Carribean Cruise lines!

We started off rocky, when we tried to check-in. Although we had our pre boarding slip the women who was taking care of us couldn't seem to find our info. She had to manually input everything & then she went to get our room keys & came back with someone else's. When asked who's cards they were she replied they were ours and we told her she had the wrong names on them & the wrong room! Our friends whom we travelled with were done in about 5 minutes and we were almost 15 minutes. We don't know if she was new or what, but you would figure she would have noticed the name & known it was wrong.(since we had spent so much time with her) One thing they can improve on is the picture taking when you board the ship. There was quite a long line-up and the only reason it was there was because everyone had to stop and get their picture taken by the photographers. Then you had to stop and get your picture taken by security. The security one is important, but the other one should really be optional. I think you could keep the line moving, especially if you didn't want to stop. The best thing was the food on this cruise, especially in the dining room. Our head waiter & assistant waiter were both very accommodating. From the very beginning they let us know that if we were not satisfied with any of our dinners that they would gladly replace them. They never batted an eye if we asked for extra desserts so that we could try them and they never tried to rush us out of the dining room. We didn't like that the maitre'd came to our table every evening & couldn't understand anything we said to him. I'm sure that it was to justify us having to give him a tip at the end of our trip. We would much rather have given it to our servers. We had an Ocean View room, which was very crowded. Yes, we knew it would be small but we travelled with friends & were told we had an adjoining room and we did, except that the bed was up against it so we couldn't use it at all. Our stateroom attendant was good, but sometimes she would come to make up the room before dinner when we would be getting ready. One time she was letting herself in, while we were in the midst of getting dressed. Didn't appreciate this at all! We had great weather, so the seas were very tranquil and the places we stopped at were just wonderful. Key West as always was very laid back & it is a place that everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime. It's a very friendly place & were even given a complimentary cocktail at one of the local bars near the marina. Coco Cay was nice, but it was the worst set up to get a tender that we have ever experienced. We were herded in like cattle & crowded onto one of the floors. If you are claustrophobic you are better off going later, because you just can't move! The set up did work, but it was very hot and uncomfortable. Nassau was nice, but a word of advise don't bother with the water taxis. Pay the extra couple of dollars & just take a regular taxi. Water taxis drop you at the water & then you have to walk for miles before you get to Paradise Island. As you walk, there is nothing there except hotels & condos & signs that are very ambiguous. All in all we had a really good holiday on the Majesty of the Seas. It was only 4 days so we were able to endure the small sleeping quarters because that's all we did in them, and the price was right.

In all honesty, my wife and I were very happy with all aspects of the ship, the cruise and the experience. The three best things about the Majesty of the Seas cruise were the excursions (kayaking, snorkeling and jet-skiing), the dinners and the entertainment. Our day at Coco Cay, the private island was the best. The excursions were fun and the island was perfect since you could easily mingle with people or find a secluded area to hang out with a loved one. The entertainment was led by a fantastic cruise directory Ricky Matthews which included 2 comedians, singing/dancing show and Love and Marriage game. Very well done! The only improvements we could think of were to make soda more readily assessable. We thought since we purchased the unlimited soda option, we could walk up a soda fountain and get it whenever we wanted. Unfortunately we had to flag down servers which seemed weird when water, coffee, fruit punch, lemonade and orange juice were so readily accessible. The other improvement we suggest is handling the random foul odors better. There were brief moments the first day in which you could catch quick whiffs of foul odors when going up/down flights of stairs. We were unsure what was going on but thankfully they were brief and went away by the second day. Other than this minor annoyance, the ship was extremely clean.

They take good care of you and your safety. Safety is paramount, on the ship, at the ports of call. They could add a bit more variety of Seafood and increase the number of treadmills in the fitness room.

Overall, my husband and I enjoyed the cruise. The best thing about the cruise was our cabin steward, Clarence, who ensured we were taken care of and that our needs were met. Other memorable events, the waverunner and snorkeling in Coco Cay. The comedy shows were fabulous, however, we found the musical shows too loud, which we believe was due to the acoustics of the 'A Chrous Line' theater. Compared to other ships we've sailed on, the Majesty of the Seas was mediocre. The ship is clean and well maintained, the but the services left much to be desired. The 'Windjammer' buffet closed at 9:30PM every night and the food was bland and most often lukewarm and even cold. The same applies to the food on Coco Cay. Several stations ran out of beverages including water and while you were able to purchase the 'Coco Loco' beverage, you were not able to purchase water or other non-alcoholic after 2:30PM, even though you did not have to leave the island until 3:30PM. The island, Coco Cay is fabulous. Great beaches, lots of loungers, shade trees and activities. A Royal Caribben representative we met after the cruise bragged that the service is second to none, but we felt that much of the staff was inattentive, brusque and rude. The cruise was enjoyable and we will sail with Royal Caribbean again, however, we will do our homework to ensure we understand the amenities offered.

We had a great time on our cruise. Everything was smooth and well run. The best thing about our cruise was how organized everything was. There were so many things to do on board that it was impossible to do everything. The most memorable thing about the ship would be the food and the service. The food was wonderful and there was always so much of it. The service was incredible. Every time you turned around someone was there to offer a drink, food or answer any questions we had. The wait staff and stateroom attendents were helpful, kind and willing to do whatever they could to make our vacation enjoyable. Our favorite part of the trip was going to coco cay island. it was beautiful and we had a very fun day going on a wave runner and going snorkeling. I cannot think of one thing that could have been better on our trip. we had a great time.

It was our first time it was an amazing experience. We had a very good time the people, friendly, accommodations we had a little problem one was fixed but the other was not. The food was excellent. The best thing about the cruise was visiting a few islands..... We had a very good time it was a good experience lots of food, very well organize. Imrovement would be the last day to go it goes by colors that took a long time because since people were there for only 3 nights a lot did not have a lot of luggage so they did not leave their luggage outside. It took a long time to get off the ship a part from that everything was very good.

This was our first cruise and we enjoyed it immensly. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a wonderful relaxing gettaway. The only problem we had was with the bed. It was extremely hard. We both have problems with our bones but our room attendant hunted down some foam for us which made life a lot more comfortable for the last couple of days. Wished we had asked him sooner. It was very much appreicated. All of the staff was exremely helpful and went out of their way to help including finding Glueten free bread and preparing glueten free meals for my husband every day in the dining room. I look forward to sailing with you again in the future.

If you will be disembarking in USA, check with their Customs Department as to quantity of alcohol that can be brought with you. 1 Liter per person is no longer applicable. Wrap liquor bottles in towels or other heavy materials and place them in regular suitcase. Do not put them into your carry-on bag as they will be confiscated.

Mother and brother enjoyed the cruise. My husband and I determined that we did not enjoy the "cruise" setting for the following reasons: 1. Crowded with inconsiderate individuals 2. Additional cost of soda pops 3. Too many small children

Food and service was top notch. The only thing that I would suggest is that was a lack of activities for young adults aged 18-20. Not at the kid's stage any more but not quite with the 21 and up crowd. I was travelling with my 20 year old daughter and saw many others with their parents as it was reading week at the universities. Perhaps some social activities would have helped these 18-20 year olds connect and have had things to do with people their own age. Kathryn Heyes.

We went on our cruise from January 7-11,2008. We throughly enjoyed our trip to Nassau Bahamas. We enjoyed our day at the Breezes Resort and loved the shopping. We weren't totally pleased with Coco Cay, Bahamas as we found that you had to pay for so much to use on Royal Caribbean's private Island and the sand was course and rocky in areas. As far as enjoying the sun and the food which was free it was great. The trip to Key West, Florida was a delight. The walking tour we did to Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville was informative and fun and the shopping was a blast. The dining on the Royal Caribbean, Majesty of the Seas was excellent. The food was great and the staff were so pleasant. Our stateroom/attendant was Julio and he was excellent. The oceanview stateroom was 6000 on the front of the ship and it was rocky at times and very noisy in the mornings. The shops on board were very nice. The entertainment on the ship was just ok. I was disappointed that they did not a self serve room for washing and ironing your clothes like other cruise ships. You had to send out your clothes to be ironed a day earlier to have them for the next day at 5pm or if you needed them the same day you had to add 50% more cost to your bill. The majority of the cruise was fun overall.

Definitely lacking in some of the small details. For example, 4 of the 6 of us travelling had never cruised before. There was NO literature and anything to explain the disembarking procedures, etc. It was very confusing for people who hadn't cruised before. Overall a good trip. Ship was good but I would NEVER book on the 2nd deck again. Way too noisy the night before we got back into Miami.

We had a very good time and would consider taking another cruise, likely not with Royal. While we had a good time, when we reached Nassau, at 6 a.m. they washed our windows and woke us up, we complained twice and no one cared, in fact when i called them the same evening, they said they would send up a bottle of champaigne and cheese plate, it never arrived, they told me it would be up in 5-10 minutes, this was 11:00 pm., at 11:45 nothing arrived, i had to go to the lobby and tell them not to deliver it, or disturb us as we were going to bed, at 12:05 a.m. they called (woke us up) and said they delivered it to the wrong room, and they could send it again, i told them please dont disturb us, that morning once again at 6 a.m. they washed our windows and woke us up, no one called to apologize, they really did not seem to care. That was my only complaint, waking us up on our holiday at 6 a.m., i would have receiived better treatment at a super 8 motel. Len and Rachel Pearl

This was the first time that we cruised with our kids. The four day itinerary was perfect. The only down side was that there were not many kids on the ship so the programs weren't running at full capacity - obviously not RC's fault. The service on this ship is the best we have ever had. After six cruises and three lines - this was definitly the best service ever. The shows, however, were sub par. On a seven day you get excellent enetertainment but the 4 day cruise offered shows that were not the best. Only one show was a Vegas style and that was superb with the best singers and dancers ever but the comedians were only mediocre, Then there was the Guacho guy - he was just plain annoying. We actually left the shows early 2 of 4 nights - something we have NEVER done before. But it was nice to see the shows without the kids in tow - thanks to the Aquanaughts program again. The ports of call were nice as well. We truly loved Nassau and Paradise Island but Cococay was kind of boring. There is still some work to be done on RC's private island but they seem to be on the right track. My main complaint was that they were promoting their water park to all kids over 48" - well my ten year old had a miserable time b/c he just wasn't strong enough to get himself up on the inflatables. They were going to let my 6 year old go - that would have been a total waste as she would have never made it out there. This particular spot should be targeed at teens and adults - so just be aware if you are planning on taking your youngsters on this. All said, I would say that our experience was excellent. The kids had a wonderful time and we will do it again.

This was our third cruise on Majesty - the first one after the refurbishment. What a wonderful job Royal Caribbean did. The ship is amazing. We have always loved Majesty for her crew. Now combine that crew with the beautiful makeover and what a wonderful 3 day getaway you have! The new bedding is very comfortable. We had a Junior Suite and found there to be more than enough storage space. The flat screen TV's are also a nice addition. The food and service in the Dining Room were very good. We ate dinner in the Starlight Dining Room on Deck 3. We sat at a table for 10. We had breakfast in the Windjammer one morning. The layout of the Windjammer has been redesigned and we found this new design to be very efficient and made for an easy flow of traffic. After dinner each evening, we spent some time in the Schooner Bar listening to the piano player - what a fun time! The piano player's name was Nathaniel and he had a great rapport with the audience. He had everybody singing along and dancing. On Sunday night we played the Quest and as always, had a blast. All in all this was a great cruise. We cannot find one thing to complain about. We will definitely sail on the Majesty again and again!

Smooth embarkment and disembarkment. All ports were nice - Nassau, Coco Cay, Key West. Short trip but good price and nice newly renovated ship. Recommended!

This ship was just refurbished not too long ago and I found it to be perfectly sized for a mid size ship. It was not too big and not too small. Everything was very clean and neat. The staff on board was very accomadating and friendly. Our stateroom attendant was excellent he was very very in tune with what the guest wants. The waitress we had was perfect I hope everyone can get her she was just so wonderful. If you are going on the Majesty ask to be seated at Alexandra from Slavakia section. It was the perfect length for us. I will highly recommend to go on this ship.

We had a lovely weekend getaway, much better than our previous cruise disaster.A wonderful time! Warm weather, but bring warm clothes for on the ship because the AC is very high. Highly recommeded to eat in the dining room instead of the buffet, the food and the staff are superb! Book your excursions early to aviod the disappointment that we had. For all you scrapbookers - take advantage of the Canuck in his masterclass ;) but don't let his friends know his secret hobby! PS If you see what you like in the shops onboard buy it before it gets sold.

Everything was good, but too short. I would not consider doing a 4 day cruies again, I would go with 7 days. Phil

Departure and arrival was well organize. Cococay was the best part of our trip. Did not have tropical fruits. All we had every day was watermelon, cantalope and pineapple. Was expecting more variety. Dining experience was very good. Except, the Tiramisu was not to my expectation..... Overall, I will recommend Royal Caribbean to my relative and friends. Thanks.

Loved that I didn't have to pack & unpack, and you had the option of getting off the ship at each port or staying on board, which we did one day and just enjoyed the pool etc. You could get something to eat any time of the day, didn't have to adhere to a schedule. Couldn't believe how efficiently they got us all off the ship at the end of the cruise. Met some very nice people on board. The only negative comment I have is that when we boarded the ship they had not assigned us to a dining room or table and we had to sit and wait 45 minutes for them to do this. I felt it should have been done before we even boarded the ship. Overall it was a great experience.

The pool area smelled like cat urine. The sit down meals were very good but the buffet's were ok. it was very smooth and we slept very well.

The food was excellent, good dining experience. Salsa classes were good and stateroom attendant Fernando did a great job. Improvement is needed in the after dining show at 9.00 p.m. The musical review was dated. Same act as previous cruise. A change is needed.

Dining staff was more concerned with getting us in and out on time not the quality of our time spent with them. Childrens staff seemed untrained and disinterested, we stayed with our kids for most of the programing.

The interior of the ship was a little dated, and we found the service a little bit below our previous experience with a princess cruise. The stateroom was excellent and there were lots of on ship actvities available. Only one pool and two small hot tubs (always full and unavailable!). Great selection of drinks and off ship excursions. This cruise (Royal Carribean) had a younger atmosphere than our previous cruise with Princess. Decent selection at the buffet, food was good. We did not like our precruise hotel (Miami Beach Best Western). The room was dirty, it was noisy, but the on beach location was amazing. All in all we had a great vacation, and definitely plan on cruising again :)
